The females were eager to try the hotpot. Bai Qingqing tore several leaves and warmly invited them to eat.
Eve was the first one to come forward. Bai Qingqing handed her the leaf with a bigger serving of the fish hotspot and said with a smile, “Be careful with the fish bones. You’d better find two small twigs to pick and eat.”
One of Eve’s friends immediately found two twigs, but she didn’t know how to use chopsticks. She only use one and carefully picked a small piece of fish then put it into her mouth. She was surprised and exclaimed, “God, it’s delicious!”
The rest of the females snatched the fish from Bai Qingqing’s hand and then they ate one by one.
Seeing this, Yudora was so angry that her lungs were about to explode, yet she couldn’t help but wanted to try it. Her superior self-esteem made her hold back and strode away after saying, “What’s so great about it.”
Bai Qingqing looked at Yudora’s departing back and smiled helplessly. She didn’t do anything to offend the person. It seems these people from primitive tribes are not that simple.
“Yudora’s just like that,” said Eve. “Don’t worry about her too much. It’s a tribe thing.”
“I don’t have time for her.” Bai Qingqing said without caring.
Eve ate the fish with relish. The more she ate, the more she liked it. Taking advantage of the good atmosphere, she asked Bai Qingqing, “Can you teach me how to cook fish hotpot? I really like it and I want to cook it for my partners.”
The three males around Eve immediately looked at her as if she’s the only female left in the world.
Bai Qingqing was envious. A modern housewife cooks every day, yet how many wives have received their husband’s sincere gratitude?
“Of course, you can come to me at any time.” Bai Qingqing is trying to get close to the female of the tribe. She’s eager to befriend Eve so she could avoid Parker. The females have now finished eating the hotpot and left reluctantly, and their males followed them from behind.
Bai Qingqing ate more than enough yet her stomach is still small, and Parker ate most of what’s left of the fish hotpot. He was satisfied with the food and is very happy.
The work of washing the pot is naturally Parker’s job. Because of the burning firewood, there’s a layer of oil on the bottom of the burnt pot. This stone basin was borrowed and now it’s burnt. It must not be returned yet. Parker found a big stone and chiseled it under the tree.
Looking at Parker’s movements, Bai Qingqing thought that this place is about the same as the Neolithic Age of Earth. She wondered if this era would enter the Bronze Age next.
Bai Qingqing just changed with a clean cotton, and buried the used one with a stick in the sand pile behind the house. According to Parker, the toilets of beasts were all similar. Bai Qingqing felt like she’s using a cat litter.
She likes to take a nap when she has consumed enough food and drinks. Because of this, she fell asleep shortly after lying on the haystack. When she woke up, there were more stone bowls and a large stone basin placed inside the room. She looked outside and saw Parker actually roasting again.
“Are you a pig?” Bai Qingqing quietly came out.
Parker’s eyes looking at Bai Qingqing was hazy: “I think I have to mend these days.”
“Why?” Bai Qingqing asked.
“Stupid! To mate with you!” roared Parker, with a stern look at Bai Qingqing.
Bai Qingqing: “…”
“Who mates with you?!” Bai Qingqing shrieked back. When she heard his words, her face flushed and said, “Why don’t you just throw me back into the woods?! I’ll find my way back myself. If I run into wolves again, I’ll just climb up a tree!”
Parker’s face instantly went dark.
